FRONT YARD DESIGN GUIDE

To kick-off 2024 Monrovia Nursery kindly asked me to create garden plans for their newest online publication the FRONT YARD DESIGN GUIDE (yay!). Their super-talented crew curated plant lists for three themes, then I arranged these on the same hardscape plan, three different ways. As a bonus, each theme provides additional plant options, in case you'd like to try different combinations. So much fun.

THREE DESIGN THEMES

The FRONT YARD DESIGN GUIDE showcases three design themes. Each includes a landscape plan, a plant list, plus how color and textures add to the theme. These include:

• Welcome to Serenity // A front entry that instantly relaxes you every time you come home, filled with soothing shades of blue, white and green.
• Waterwise Beauty // Upgrading a thirsty landscape with drought-tolerant plants, including bright pollinator perennials, aromatic plants, and water-saving groundcovers. 
• Nostalgic Cottage // A romantic entryway full of captivating blooms in soft shades and delightful fragrances.

Earlier this week I had the wonderful opportunity to fly to Oregon to kickstart a new project with MONROVIA. It's a new front yard design for Georgia Clay's house. She is Monrovia's Plant Selections Manager and super cool. I'll keep you updated on the progress here and on Instagram.
